KMPT

Modernising an NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

The Role

Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) provide outstanding mental health services across South East England, both in the community and within inpatient settings. I was approached by KMPT a few years ago to support them on a freelance basis, helping to overhaul their brand and communication offerings. The relationship continues to this day.

Automated Screensavers

As a key point of reference for staff, KMPT’s automated screensavers help notify their workforce of upcoming news and important messaging. These were delivered automatically to staff computers as well as wall-mounted screens in shared spaces.

CEO Announcement campaign

An introductory campaign for KMPT’s new CEO was created to highlight the main priorities and vision for the first 100 days of her leadership. The modular design was used to represent the building blocks of Sheila Stenson’s initial plans.

Rebrand support

Recently, the Trust rebranded. I was contacted for design support during the process, helping to smooth the transition toward their new identity.

KMPT Annual Report 2023

Supporting linear elements were used to represent the journey of KMPT staff and the path that the Trust were on throughout this 150 page report.

Co-Creation Community

An icon and recognisable identity were needed for a new collaborative space for the Trust’s staff, patients, carers, and community members to co-design and co-develop services that meet real needs.

Suicide Prevention Approach

A report documenting the Trust’s strategy regarding the impact and prevention of suicide across Kent and Medway. The main linear illustrations were created to represent an unbroken story and the continuation of a life.
